Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship across the United States for a flat rate of $5.99 per order. Standard delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after processing. Your rate is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away. We're committed to making sure every order arrives safely.
